I am returning this because it only plays some MP3 files and not others. I tested it and it only plays MP3 version 1 and nothing higher like 2.0 and on. Ridiculous!

Sony made a excellent digital music player wonder! It's sound is extremely loud...with bass that sounds like a full size component system IMO. It is small and round and easy to hide.
It is about the size of a stopwatch...and fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. The edges are very organic and the small screen has a soft luminated quality that won't hurt your eyes in the dark. I found the auto scrolling feature fantastic for long titles of songs. The battery life outshines anything on the market....it ranges from 50 to 70 hours....and runs on a single AAA battery you can pick up anywhere!!! Rechargeable or not!!!
You can get 700 plus songs on this tiny player and the software is simple to operate. This is a must get item
for those who want to carry their music collection with
them without taking up much space on your person....
You will love this little wonder that sounds so big and
runs so long!!!!!! I bought two!!!! The silver and blue models.....

I bought the pink sony MP3 player and returned it the very next day. The software included - SonicStage would not download into my computer. I thought this was strange since my computer meets all the spec requirements listed on the package. After researching and reading reviews I found that many people had the same problem dowloading SonicStage. Don't waste your money or your time with this product. Either buy something cheaper or a little more expensive.

I like the size of the mp3 player... it's very versatile and is of pretty good quality. Although I've only owned mine for a few months, it hasn't given me any problems so far. However, don't be deceived by the "up to 695 songs" posted in the description and on the box. at the lowest quality transfer, you may, at most, fit up to 400-500 songs. Although this is still a lot, it isn't what it advertises. Also I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the screen. When a current song is playing it scrolls the name of the song and the artist, but its somewhat hard to read while its scrolling. Overall, I like the product but there are some minor details that buyers should be aware of before they make their final decision.
